Ta-Ta-Tone - concert & workshop for babies & toddlers
Multimedia concert in which parents and young children can go together on a discovery in a world of sound and image. The sound world is created by the combination of unique non-conventional self made instruments and traditional instruments. Together with the video-art and the stage design, we create a 30 minutes of audio-visual experience for the participants. Ta-Ta-Tone brings to the audience a great adventure, travelling thought the forest and the ocean, traveling through the day and the night. All sound and image materials were created by the performers.

Semantra - Stichting De Vrolijkheid , Ta-Ta-Tone
Music and Art workshop with Ta-Ta-Tone (Yael Levy and Natalia Alvarez-Arenas) at azc Rijswijk. The program includes music and art activities, performances and an exhibition at the Vrolijk Museum Rijswijk (summer 2020).
Musical postcards - Stichting De Vrolijkheid
Musical postcards is a special project in collaboration with Stichting de Vrolijkheid, a network of professional artists, theater makers and musicians. This series of videos are made by Yael Levy for the children of azc (Asylum seekers centre) Rijswijk. Children are sending songs to Yael and she animates them to a Musical Postcard. The accompaniment for the songs is played by various musicians from Catchpenny Ensemble.
Creative activities are carried out at the azc together with a colorful procession of volunteers, children, young people and parents. Dance, theater, music, new media and visual arts form the instrument for shaping stories. Cheerful spaces form free places to develop self - confidence and talent. To gain an experience that can add value for a lifetime. To be carefree and young in a place where there is little room for carefreeness.

Zee\Land - music theater for children and Ensemble, 2013
During a 2 month workshop in Laak Thater, I worked with a group of 9 children, age from 8-11. The group learned a series of musical games, created especially for this workshop. These games are constructed specifically for children with no musical background. For this cause, I choose to start from the closest and most approachable tool - the human body. Therefore, the games use movement and body percussion, and they are build to develop musical skills like rhythm, improvisation, chamber music methods, theatrical games, mime and listening skills.
The musicians ensemble, joining the children group in the last part of the process consists of Goedlaak collective performers: Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass, Piano and a Story teller.
Part of the learning process for the children group, was getting to know the different instruments of the ensemble through listening, and charactrising the different sound qualities of each instrument.
The play was presented in "Smaak Van Laak" - music festival in Laak Theater. 10/2013
